Little Swimmers has partnered with CPR Dude USA to bring American Heart Association classes to our facility!
We offer both BLS (basic life support) for healthcare providers and HeartSaver CPR & First Aid for the community.
In the HeartSaver class we cover so many important topics for parents, including how to respond in an emergency.
We cover:
- CPR & AED for adults, children and infants
- What to do if someone is choking
- Use of an Epi-Pen for an allergic reaction
- How to recognize the signs of heart attacks & strokes
- Low blood sugar/diabetes awareness
- First Aid – scrapes, cuts, puncture wounds, burns, tourniquets, sprains, bites/stings.
